Cancellation and no show policy
Bookings can be made online up to 24 hours in advance. if you require treatment sooner, please call me to check availability.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please provide me with 24 hours notice. You can cancel or change your appointment through your client portal log in. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will remain payable in full. If you don't cancel your appointment and don't turn up, you will still be liable for the full cost of your appointment as I have booked that time out for you.
